Return Window
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unopened, unused, and sealed in their original packaging. For hygiene and authenticity reasons, we cannot accept returns on any fragrance that has been opened, unsealed, or sprayed.
How to Request a Return
Contact us through the site’s live chat with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions within 1-2 business days.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
Any fragrance that has been opened, unsealed, or sprayed is final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, unless the item arrived defective or damaged in transit (see below).
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery through the site’s live chat with photos of the item, and we will resolve it at no cost to you.
